wah..freak lah..today wake up so damn early to go for soccer training.stupid muhaimin tell me 8 am.so i reached at 8..and i was the only one there lah.dat bastard..actually training supposed to start at 8.30 then he say confirm ppl late so say 8 am.haha.in the end 8.30 still only had like 7 ppl.supposed to run 2.4 first then mr nordin would come down around 9 to do normal training.in the end we ran first ah.

damn satisfied with my 2.4 timing today.personal best sia.yeahh quite slow lah but still satisfied with my timing of 10 min 25 seconds.

and training today really damn boring lah.never take goalposts cause all came late then start late he say dun waste time..then did some shit dribbling stuff then he sent the keepers away and told us to do light training. so light training we did.and seriously...it was DAMN light lah.haha.well,went bubbling after dat then played with prem and gang for a while before going for my doctor's appointment.yeah..im getting healthier man.sexy ah..haha.
